QUALITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK and ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The aim of the quality policy of ZNOJEMSKE STROJIRNY, Ltd. is to keep and constantly increase the quality of its products and services according to customers´ documentation, do it on time and at competitive prices.
In addition, the company wants to constantly increase and improve the efficiency of the quality management and related services so as to achieve sustained satisfaction of given or expected needs of our customers and other interested parties.
All employees of ZNOJEMSKE STROJIRNY, Ltd. are aware of the need to be environmentally friendly and ensure healthy and safe conditions at work in all activities of the company.
The company is focused on
PRODUCTION OF PRECISE PARTS AND SUBASSEMBLIES OF MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT, MACHINING OF METAL AND PLASTIC, WELDING, HEAT TREATMENT AND SURFACE FINISHING OF METALLIC MATERIALS.
CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO DESIGNING AND TECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF ENGINEERING.
To meet this policy, the company management establishes the following principles:
- In all our activities, we put a strong emphasis on preventing and avoiding defects than to solving and eliminating them.
- We use up-to-date knowledge of science and technology, current legislative standards and customers‘ requirements in manufacturing products and providing services. We consistently include aspects of health and safety at work and the environment.
- The implementation of systems of quality policy, environmental issues and health and safety at work is executed by top managers with the help of process and system approach, involving all employees and creating mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers.
- The objective of the management is to focus on customers. There must never happen a situation in our relationship with the customer when he/she could doubt that we are the best company that they can cooperate with. It is essential to keep obligations towards customers so that their supply is finished on time and in the way it was contracted.
- The management is aware that the final version of our products also depends on our suppliers. Our high quality standards, our requirements in terms of safety and ecology must therefore be applied in our relations to suppliers too. To conduct evaluation of suppliers with the objective to receive only high quality goods and supplies.
- Moral integrity and ethics are inseparably linked with the existence of human being. To make high ethical credentials characteristic for our company, we proceed in all relationships in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
- Quality management, environmental policy and health and safety at work policy as a whole make an integral part of all activities at all levels of Znojemske strojirny Ltd. A requirement taken for granted is compliance with currently valid legal regulations and efforts to constant improvement of the effectiveness of quality, environmental and health and safety at work policies.
To strengthen communication between company and its employees and public via open dialogue, anticipating and reacting to their suggestions and recommendations regarding not only quality of products produced and services offered but also environmental and workplace safety issues. The company management expects knowledge of corporate principles from their employees and respecting quality policy, environmental policy and health and safety at work policy. The management of Znojemske strojirny, Ltd. declares these principles of quality policy, environmental policy and health and safety at work policy in accordance with strategic aims of the company. The company management is fully aware of its responsibility for creating conditions providing sources for these principles to be implemented and it pledges to thoroughly obey the above mentioned principles of the corporate policy in all its managing activities.
